Kendall Cross-Treadwell
Founder and Business Advisor

Kendall Cross-Treadwell is the founder of Red River Ag Consulting. She has handled a multitude and vast array of projects with both national corporate clients, as well as individual farms and ranches. She is a forward-thinking beef producer and agricultural business advisor, with years of personal and professional experience contributing to an enterprise-level understanding. Kendall’s prior work in finance, labor relations, and business development bring a diverse perspective with the entire business in mind. She focuses on actionable insights to distill complex principles into consumable and meaningful takeaways for your farm, ranch, or agribusiness.

Kendall holds degrees from Cornell University, studying Agribusiness Management and Industrial Labor Relations, as well as Purdue University's Krannert School of Management, with a Masters in Agricultural Economics. Coupled with running a multi-generational ranching operation, she is equipped with the depth of knowledge needed to approach any client’s challenges. Kendall is an active member of her state and national cattleman's associations, the American Society for Agricultural Consultants, and serves as Communications Chairman for the U.S. Roundtable for Sustainable Beef.
